UN Urges End the Arab Israeli blockade
Liputan6.com, Cairo: The Arab states asked the United Nations Security Council to end the Israeli blockade against Gaza. "Arab League will go to the Security Council and ask for the blockade of Gaza lifted," said Arab League Secretary General Amr Moussa in Cairo, Egypt, Thursday (3 / 6).
Instead, Vice President of the United States, Joe Biden, declared his support for Israel in attacking vessels, ostensibly to prevent smuggling of weapons. However, Washington also expressed concern over the situation of Palestinians in Gaza worse.
Earlier Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad revealed the Zionist regime is now preparing a massive attack against the Gaza Strip in order to restore the previous defeat. Ahmadinejad warned the Zionist regime's existence is identical with war, invasion, threat and terror.
"The Zionist regime was formed to murder, terror and aggression," said President Ahmadinejad in a speech in front of thousands of people in the northern provinces of the country. (FRI / Ant)
