Mubarak and Netanyahu Meeting Postponed
CAIRO, KOMPAS.com - The meeting scheduled for Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu postponed, said the Egyptian information ministry press center, Tuesday (07/13/2010).
The ministry's press center said in an e-mail to reporters that the meeting was postponed indefinitely.
Presidency sources said the meeting will be held on Sunday. Sources said the meeting between Mubarak and Palestinian President Mahmud Abbas is also scheduled for Thursday was postponed Sunday.
An Israeli government official, who spoke not willing to be named, said that due to logistical reasons the visit was postponed until Sunday.
He declined to say what the Egyptian or Israeli question about the logistics.
