Jakarta (ANTARA) - Sentiment is negative or weakening of some regional stock exchanges did not affect stocks Indonesia Stock Exchange in Wednesday afternoon trade, so that the Composite Index (JCI) closed higher.

Stocks in Asia including the Hang Seng Index fell 106.09 points to 20.040 positions, the Nikkei-225 fell 64.59 points to level 10 346, and the Straits Times also weakened the position of 6.54 points in 2851.
