Nigerian Parliament Reject Death Investigation On President Yar `adua
Abuja (ANTARA News / Xinhua-Oana) - Nigerian Senate rejected a motion urging the government to establish a panel to investigate the health care court President Umaru Yar `Adua from November 23, 2009 to May 5, 2010.
A number of senators on Tuesday that the investigation against the step, and confirmed that it was contrary to religion and to avoid the appearance of the presidential controversy.
Parliament on Tuesday during a minute of silence to honor the late Yar `Adua and sent two delegations to convey condolences to the President Goodluck Jonathan and the family of the late Yar` Adua.
