Four Gold Miner is still buried by Avalanche Traditional
Tapaktuan (AFP) - Four gold miners in the mountainous region of Panton Luas village, Sawang subdistrict, South Aceh district, was buried by landslides, while rescue teams consisting of residents, the Red Cross, police, and army is still trying to evacuate victims.
AFP reporters from Tapaktuan, Monday night, reports, four victims are still buried by the landslide and Mansur Zubir Lhok Pawoh villagers, villagers Karnadi Trieng Muduro Tunong, and Kafrawi Sawang Kuala citizens.
Khairunas citizens Pasie Kuala Ba `U District North Kluet successfully evacuated at around 20:30 pm after a landslide buried six hours, the victim is still in intensive care at the General Hospital Yulidin Away (RSUYA) Tapaktuan.
South Aceh police chief, AKBP AWI Setiyono through Kapolsek Sawang Iptu Syamsul Anwar said one other victim of the Epi Salami (19) Maduro Trieng Tunong citizens died.
"We continue to evacuate the estimated within 20 yards into more," he said.
Chairman of the Parliament of South Aceh district, Safiron said, based on information from other miners in the mountain area of Panton Luas, unfortunate events that befall the traditional gold miners was about 25 yards west of the capital of South Aceh district, Tapaktuan.
"I was with Wakapolres and Muspika elements had come into the scene. People are still trying to dig the ground with the manual way," said Safiron who is also domiciled in that area around the village of Panton.
According to him until 18:30 o'clock am, still a voice for help from the hole.
