Rome (ANTARA News / Reuters) - Italian police arrested 200 people in attacks across the country against a strong network of Calabrian mafia, according to authorities Tuesday.
These allegations range from members of criminal groups terorgasasi until purification of money and violations related to award public work contracts.
Scale attack, which also included arrests in the United States, highlighting the growing power of 'Ndrangheta, the Calabrian Mafia has long sheltered by the Sicilian Cosa Nostra.
The group has long been broadened out pockets of poverty in the southern region of Calabria to play a major role in the field of organized crime across Europe, and in the international drug trade from South America.
