Laptops imports from China Increases 181 Percent

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - Sales of laptops in the country seems more and more tempting. Just look, the actual notebook and netbook products imported from China from time to time continue to record improvement.

In the period January to April 2010 sales of laptop and netbook China reached 301 849 567 U.S. dollars or an increase of 181.24 percent from the same period in 2009 that listed 107 329 726 U.S. dollars.

"There was an increase in domestic sales," said Wijaya Suhanda Indonesian Computer Businessmen Association Chairman Apkomindo to cash, Monday (07/12/2010). According to him, rising trend in imports triggered by the increase in sales has occurred since the first quarter.

The increase in imports of portable computers are predicted to continue until the end of next year.
