"Women May Not Receive Silent Fate"

Liputan6.com, Yogyakarta: Women should not be silent in accepting his fate. "Women should have a view forward, intelligent and critical. Women must have the courage to voice his fate," said Chairman of Siti Chamamah Aisyiyah Soeratno in Yogyakarta, Monday (5 / 7) afternoon.

According Chamamah, the main objective to be achieved through the dubbing rights of women is to give enlightenment to the entire community about the important role of women. "To occupy a position, do not look at gender but to see the capabilities of a person," added Chamamah.

As is known, in the period 2010-2015 there was no one candidate member of the leadership of women in the center of the Muhammadiyah. Actually, of the 124 candidates who filed to tanwir, there are 10 women. But they were elected from 39 candidates for permanent members of Muhammadiyah.

Responding to this, PP Muhammadiyah stating that the organization did not forget the role of women. Although no women in the 13 PP Muhammadiyah member from 2010 to 2015, there are still opportunities to modify the members of the leadership. One of them add female members or through the assemblies.
