Hold A Taliban Afghan governor
Kabul (ANTARA News / Reuters) - Afghanistan's intelligence department, said Thursday it had arrested a suspected Taliban shadow governor is behind the two attacks that caused casualties.
Since overthrown in a United States-led operation in 2001, the Taliban shadow governor raised some responsible for the attacks and harassment against the authorities and foreign troops in the country.
Intelligence department in a statement said that during the examination, Mullah Gulistan admitted as "governor" for the Taliban Samangan province, northern Afghanistan.
Taliban could not immediately be reached for comment about the story, which appeared a few months of detention in Pakistan setlah two other Taliban shadow governor and Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar, the number-two Taliban.
